In line with our aim of trying to preserve the rarest bloodlines in 2003 we purchased Templeson Tipo who is the only remaining pure Glenbrook line cow. Using semen imported under special licence she was A.I'd and produced a fine pure Glenbrook bull calf named Brian. We purchased the only Pure Glenbrook Bull extant (besides Brian) from N. Ireland in 2005 and are very excited about the future. His name is Glassdrummond Defender 2nd. He ran with Templeson Tipo who calved again in January 2006 producing a beautiful bull calf neadon Lochlan. WE NEED HEIFER CALVES !!!!!!!!
Besides the pure Glenbrook Tipo we also have a starred female Rosecorner Ainne who at long last calved in July 2006 - a pretty bull calf named Cillian. Templeson Tipo is back in calf to Glassdrummond Defender and is due in the spring 2007. 2007 - Another Bull Calf for Tipo !!!!!! Not what we needed but he is well and she is back in calf . Ainne is due at the end of the Summer - we must get a heifer eventually.... AT LAST HOORAY........................................................... Ainne HAS HAD A HEIFER CALF 22nd August 2007.The calf's name is ORLAGH . She is the first starred heifer to be born in over five years and is now one of only five starred female Irish Moiled Cattle in existence.
