Neadon Farm is situated on the edge of
Dartmoor some eight miles from Exeter.

From a nucleus of pure-bred animals of exceptional pedigree, the Neadon herd is
expanding by selective breeding to produce animals of outstanding type and
temperament. Careful selection of sires using both AI and our own stock bulls is
at the forefront of our herd management to ensure progeny of the highest
quality. Managing the herd in this way also helps ensure the future genetic welfare
of the breed.
We are
especially interested in maintaining the pedigrees of stock to the purest level
using the rarest bloodlines. To this end we have two starred bull's of excellent
quality in our herd. Firstly Neadon Brian who is home
bred and was judged Male Champion and Reserve Supreme Champion at this years
Three Counties Show. Secondly we have Glassdrummond Defender the Second whom we
imported from Northern Ireland at the beginning of 2005. Both these bulls are
starred animals and both are pure Glenbrook animals (see see recent history
section for explanatory details). They are undoubtedly the two rarest bulls
extant.
